Skill To 1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skill To Dollar website and digital products (the "Services"), operated by Skill To Dollar ("we", "us"). By using the Services or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our products
We sell digital products, including ebooks, planners, and (once released) the African Freelancer Dashboard. Products are delivered digitally and are for your personal use.
3. Payment
Purchases are processed by our checkout provider, Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. All prices are shown in US dollars and applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Your payment details are handled by the provider and are not stored by us.
4. Licence & intellectual property
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the product or its contents without our written permission. All content, branding, and materials remain our property or that of our licensors.
5. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are handled according to our refund policy and the policies of our checkout provider. If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us at support@skilltodollar.com. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email support@skilltodollar.com within 30 days and we will make it right.
6. Earnings disclaimer
Our products share education, strategies, and tools for earning income as a freelancer. They are not a guarantee of income. Any figures or examples (including references to earning "$500" or similar) are illustrative and depend on your effort, skills, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific result. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or professional advice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the site, infringing our intellectual property, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
